About The G. W. Bush Library
Located on the Dallas, TX campus of Southern Methodist University, the George W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum exists to both showcase the historical life and career of George W. Bush as well as educate the public on the intricacies of the Presidency. Housed within the Bush Center, the Library holds more than 43,000 artifacts from his Presidency. Items included for your exploration are an interactive replica of the White House Situation Room and Oval Office, as well as a powerful "Nation Under Attack" exhibit presenting the significant 9/11 terrorist attack. The Bush Library also houses the "Portraits of Courage" gallery, showcasing the President George W. Bush’s painted portraits honoring veterans of the United States Military.
